Joe Simms of RE/MAX Associates of Louisville receives the Member of the Year award from the Sales and Marketing Council of the Home Builders Association of Louisville at the SMC Council Meeting this past Tuesday (1/29/13). Great attendance at the meeting and congratulations to HBAL and Chairman Pat Durham on a spectacular year for the Council.
